Ever since I decided to move from North Bay, I was unsure of what to do with my house. When I decided to rent it out, I had no clue how to “be a landlord” and go about the whole thing. Until I hired Peter Taylor as my property manager, it was chaos. He took a lot of the stress out of moving, found great tenants and to this day we couldn’t be happier with his service. We had an unfortunate flood within the first month of leaving the country while the house was in Peter’s care. He responded at all hours, taking every measure to fix the problem. This included making and responding to late night phone calls with insurance companies, making appointments to meet at the house, and making sound, time-sensitive judgement calls on our behalf when we couldn’t be reached. He has maintained a great relationship with our tenants, who pay rent early each month. I would highly recommend him as a property manager to anyone.
