Company founder Peter Taylor has lived and worked in the North Bay area for 25 years, so is very familiar with the area. He began investing in residential investment homes in 1995, and then added a 6-plex to his portfolio. Most of the investments were rented to single families, but he has also owned student investment homes.
Peter has taken this personal experience and now offers his expertise to his clients who own investment properties of their own. Most of hic clients live in Southern Ontario, and appreciate his knowledge and local expertise.
Peter grew up in the Ottawa Valley town of Renfrew where he graduated from Renfrew Collegiate Institute. He went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from McMaster University in Hamilton
The early part of his working career was spent in the N.W.T. and Yukon, working in various management positions in the airline and petroleum industries.
Peter also believes in giving back to the community in which he works and lives. Peter donates a percentage of every transaction to Children’s Miracle Network
