We have had Peter managing our rental property in North Bay for the last 3 years now and are completely satisfied with his service. We live out of town and he manages all aspects of the property, from finding good tenants, to dealing with all problems arising with the property, prompt collection of rent and keeping us informed without burdening us with the day to day details. When something needs to be fixed, he has always found somebody to do the job at a reasonable price. We know that he is there taking care of everything and we have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs a very professionally acting property manager.
